So how do your habits create your life? Because I assure you that they do. Hi, my name is Mike Pettigrew. I'm a best selling author and serial entrepreneur since 1987 and I help ordinary people to achieve extraordinary goals but probably not in the way you might think. So how is it that our habits create our lives? Well, most of us have good habits and bad habits and habits that are repeated again and again actually determine everything. Now, it's very hard to overcome a bad habit, but it's possible to introduce a new habit that counteracts or cancels the old bad habit. And these are the sort of things that I share every month in my Ultimate Success Club. Because you know what? Your repeated, if you have the same thought again and again and again with emotion, it actually changes everything in your life. It creates your life. You're dominant thoughts and emotions create the circumstances of your life. So if you want to change your life - you want, if you want to get to the next level of success, you've got to change the way you think. You've got to change the way you think because you know what? Your repeated thoughts affect your actions and your actions affect your results. So you've got to change the way you think. A lot of people tell me that they've gone to all these success seminars, uh, they've gone to these - done these courses and workshops, and they've read all these books and they don't seem to get any results. And if you've experienced this yourself, I completely relate because I've been there and done that myself years ago in the past.

And I, once I discovered that I had to change the way I think everything changed. For example, years ago, back in the late eighties, early nineties, I had a financial crisis, my first successful business, so it wasn't very successful at the time. I was on a financial rollercoaster. Every month it was feast or famine. And I reached a crisis point and I discovered that the reason for my money problems was due to low low, self worth, low self worth. It's simple as that. Once I changed my self worth and started creating new thoughts, new beliefs about myself, everything changed. That business went on to make millions and I are sold to a multinational in 2001 and that all happened simply because I changed my habits of thought and that was not difficult to do. I assure you a a one person I heard say years ago that changing our thoughts is the most difficult thing, the one thing that people shy away from, I would not say it is difficult - but people do shy away from the attempt to change the way they think, but it's so easy.
