Otherwise, you are actually wasting time, and I'm afraid to say most people waste huge amounts of time and do not achieve the sort of things that they're capable of achieving and that's really frustrating for there is a better way.

So step number one is deciding what you want. If you don't know what you want, well you're not going to achieve much are you? So becoming really crystal clear on what it is that you want. Step number one and you can find out what you really want, by during brainstorming sessions, write down all the things you'd like to achieve during your lifetime. By the time you leave this world, write them all down. Cross off the ones that don't appear to be that important. Keep those that are actually really important, but unless you do this brainstorming session, just it's locked up in here and it does not become concrete. Step number two is create highly charged goals. If you don't have much emotion or desire in your goals, chances are you won't to achieve them - goals that are lacking in emotion and feeling or as good as dead.

They're dead in the water. So it's important you learn how to emotionally charge your goals so that they become really powerful, and in my book I go into how to inject raw power into your goals and to get you really excited about them because that's the catalyst for transforming them into reality. Step three is give each goal or deadline. I think I'm sure you've heard this one before. It's really important to give you a goal a deadline because your subconscious mind is in the driver's seat of your life and unless you give clear instructions of what you want and when you want it by, nothing much happens. So it's really important to have really clear deadlines. You also need to program your mind to achieve your goal. Now what do I mean by that? Do you connect yourself up to a computer? Do you become a some sort of crazy cyborg?

No, there's a very effective way to plant into your subconscious mind or to pass instructions to your subconscious mind in such a way that it has maximum effects because honestly, your subconscious mind is in the driver's seat of your life and all your successes and all your failures are as a result of all these subconscious beliefs you carry within you that you may not even be aware of, but are an extremely effective way of commanding your subconscious mind to bring you. What you want is to use the power of affirmations. Now in this short video, I don't have time to go into affirmations, but it's all in my book and many of my other videos, but basically affirmations are positive empowering statements that you make to yourself morning and evening aloud with emotion and repetition and emotion powerfully programs your subconscious mind.

Okay, so you need to convert your goals into affirmations and then repeat those affirmations morning and evening with emotion while visualizing what it will be like once you've achieved your goal. That has awesome effects on your subconscious mind. So that's step number four. Step number five is plan for accelerated success. If you don't have a plan for achieving your goals, you're going to waste a lot of time and you're going to end up very frustrated, but when you plan each goal, and once again you can do brainstorming sessions to come up with the action steps you need to take to achieve each goal and just the act of getting out on a piece of paper, the you know a few of the action steps you're already aware of. Once you get them on paper, it stimulates your creative flow, your creative ideas, and you will start filling in the blanks of the other things that you need to do, the other steps you need to take.

So that's step number five. Step number six is becoming a high performer. Now, what's a high performer? A high performer is someone who consistently over the long term achieves above average levels of success and there are scientifically proved techniques you can adopt, habits you can adopt that will enable you to be become a high performer and succeed above and beyond standard norms consistently over the long term - that's what high performers are. People don't necessarily have huge amount of willpower or rigid a behavior or to be honest - a high performer is somebody who uses a select few habits to achieve success. A few habits that move the needle the most. And when you learn these high performance habits, you can reduce your stress. You can boost your productivity enormously, and you can achieve your goals 10 times faster - that is fact. So that's step number six and step number seven is overcome limiting beliefs.

The fact is you do have limiting beliefs. Everybody does, and our limiting beliefs are the things that hold us back from achieving our goals. In fact, limiting beliefs are the number one reason why people don't achieve their goals. Because if you consciously want to achieve something and believe you're capable of achieving it, but you have all these subconscious beliefs that you're not worthy or you don't have what it takes or that you're not intelligent enough, or you could never do it because everyone else that you know couldn't do it or society tells you you can't achieve all those subconscious beliefs that you have rattling around with you in your sabotage your goals, all of the time. They are the things, the number one reason why people do not achieve the goals, but in this book there's a very simple but powerful technique for rooting out or uncovering those limiting beliefs that you do have in every area of your life could be limiting beliefs surrounding money and wealth.
