Well, there's an easy way and there's a difficult way and you know what? The difficult way is constantly putting off till tomorrow - what you could do today. Procrastination is the killer of dreams. When you put off something that you could do today, you're constantly, you're building up this weight on your shoulders of things that you should do and that you don't want to do.

And you know what? The accumulation of all these things that you don't want to do - that you keep putting off, it gets really heavy. It really holds your life back dramatically. So the easy way is actually to throw yourself into activity, to attend to the unpleasant things first. You might think what?! Well the fact is - and studies have shown this - people who throw themselves into tackling the unpleasant things that they've got to do first, progress all their goals far more quickly. They achieve amazing lives. And if you keep putting off - if you keep putting off and if you keep - if you stop yourself from overcoming all and doing all these things that you don't want to do, you just, it saps your energy long term. It saps your energy long term and it will make you feel very dissatisfied, dissatisfied - not only dissatisfied, but also you'll start getting really annoyed with yourself.

So I have - I have a suggestion to make to you. It's a challenge - it really is a challenge, but it will work wonders in your life. My challenge to you - is from now on, every morning, do the unpleasant things that you've got to do - first. You might think "Whoa, no, I don't want to start my day like that". But I promise you, if you do the unpleasant things that you got to do anyway - first - it frees up your energy - that's done and dusted. You can go onto the next thing and the next thing, but as long as you keep putting it off and keep putting it off, it will constantly sap your energy, drain your life force, and hold you back from achieving your dreams. Also, do you ever find yourself doing something and begrudging every moment of doing it? Well. that's another way to drain yourself of energy. If you're doing something that you've got to do, but you're internally resisting and hating every moment, you're just burning up your own life force.

So again, you have choice. You can have choice over how you wish to feel whenever you're doing any activity. So it's far better if you just throw yourself into that activity, get it done as quickly as possible or as effectively as possible - so you don't have to suffer. You don't. It's, it's your choice to suffer while you're doing unpleasant activities - unpleasant activities are unpleasant activities, but you have a great control over how unpleasant that activity is. Also, reward yourself every time you make progress because then a part of your mind associates doing an unpleasant activity with reward. And so it becomes much easier. It becomes much easier. And you know what? You become much more resilient, resilient, you become more tolerant, you become more engaged with life instead of having your life force sapped all of the time and you become far more capable. Things that would have bothered you before are no big deal anymore. So again, my challenge is to you - from tomorrow morning, start doing the unpleasant things first. Get them out of the way.
