So, how do you develop faith in life? How do you develop faith in your own ability to achieve a better life? Hi, my name is Mike Pettigrew. I'm a bestselling author and a serial entrepreneur since 1987. And I help ordinary people achieve extraordinary goals, but probably not in the way you might think. So how do you develop more faith in your own ability? Because you know what your beliefs determine your thoughts, your actions, and your results, what you believe about yourself and your capabilities determines everything. If you believe that you're no good at this and no good at that, you won't be. As a kid. I had asthma and if I ran a hundred yards I'd be coughing and wheezing and fighting for breath and at school my classmates didn't want me on any of their sports teams. Because I was so useless.

And you know what, when you're told the whole time, you're useless, you start to believe it, not just at sports, but in all sorts of things. So in my early adult life, I had very little faith in my own ability. And as a result, I experienced a great deal of lack. So how do you develop faith in your ability? WeIl I think faith anyway - faith, generally is something that you choose to believe in irrespective of whether there's firm evidence or not. That's usually what we determine faith to be - usually blind faith. But I'm not talking about blind faith at all. My understanding of faith is completely different. You have faith in something once you have had proof that it is valid. So when you are achieving a better life, when you are trying to transform your life in all sorts of different ways, you need to have faith

that whatever system that you're using actually works. So how do you get that? Well, you need to have little wins at first. You need to test something and get results.
